The information collected by the Tracking Technologies about your interactions with our Site is used to assess how often you visit our Site, what pages you view when you visit our Site and what other websites you visited before coming to our Site. For information on how to disable or delete tracking technologies, see Your Choices below.

We may from time to time use various outside ad-serving or other companies to serve advertisements on our Site. In the process of serving advertisements, such companies may use cookies, and may use information about your visits to our Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements on our Site or other websites about products and services that may be of interest to you (sometimes referred to as interest-based advertising or online behavioral advertising). By delivering ads on our Site, and using tracking technologies, the ad-server is able to record what ads a user has seen, and what pages the user was viewing when the ads were delivered. This web usage information may be combined with other ad delivery information the ad-server has collected from your visits to our Site and other websites not affiliated with Threadsy. Certain functionalities on our Site may permit interactions that you initiate between the Site and thirdparty services, such as social networks (Social Features). Examples of Social Features include features enabling you to like or share our content and features. We encourage you to exercise caution when making decisions about what you disclose in such public areas.

    Security

Nevertheless, transmission via the internet and online digital storage are not completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information collected through the Site. Additionally you may send us a message requesting to unsubscribe using our Contact Us page. Please be aware that we will process your request as quickly as we reasonably can, but it may not be possible to update our systems immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding in giving us time to carry out your request.

    We Use Cookies Tools

We automatically collect personal information about users over time and across different websites when you use this website. We also have third party service providers and partners that collect personal information this way on our website. To do this, we use several common cookies and tracking tools. These may include browser cookies, web beacons, flash cookies, and similar technologies. Brief descriptions of these common tracking technologies are provided below.

    • Cookies: A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer’s hard drive or stored temporarily in your computer’s memory. There are two kinds of cookies: those that are session oriented and those that are persistent. Session cookies make it easier for you to navigate our Site and expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain longer and help in understanding how you use the Site and enhance your user experience. Cookies may remain on your hard drive for an extended period of time. Most web browsers accept cookies automatically. You can delete cookies manually or set your browser to automatically delete cookies on a pre-determined schedule. If you use your browser’s method of blocking or removing cookies, some but not all types of cookies may be deleted and/or blocked and as a result, some features and functionalities of the Site may not work.
    • Web Beacons: Our web pages or e-mail messages may contain a small graphic image called a web beacon, which is sometimes also called a clear gif, that allows us to monitor and collect certain limited information about our users, such as the type of browser requesting the web beacon, the IP address of the computer that the web beacon is sent to and the time the web beacon was viewed. Web beacons can be very small or invisible to the user, but, in general, any electronic image viewed as part of a web page or e-mail, including HTML based content, can act as a web beacon. We may use web beacons to count visitors to our web pages or to monitor how our users navigate our Site, and we may include web beacons in e-mail messages in order to count how many of the messages we sent were actually opened or acted upon. We may use web beacons to compile aggregate statistics about our Site and our marketing campaigns.
    • Flash Cookies: Adobe’s Flash Player is used by many websites that offer video and other interactive content. By default, your use of the Adobe Flash Player generates flash cookies (also known as persistent identification elements or local shared objects), which are data files that are placed on your device via the Adobe Flash plug-in and are locally stored on your device other than in the browser and browser settings won’t control them. The Adobe Flash Player (and similar applications) use flash cookies to remember user settings, preferences and usage similar to the browser cookies referenced above.

To learn more about what tracking tools are and how they work visit here.

Our service providers or third party partners may also place and use these tools on our Site. This policy refers to and includes our service providers and third party partners who are authorized to place tools on our Site.

The Types of Cookies We Use

We use different types of cookies and tracking technologies on our Site, which include:

    • Essential cookies. These items are required to enable basic website functionality.
    • Targeted Advertising cookies. These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator’s permission.
    • Personalization cookies. These items allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.
    • Analytics cookies. These items help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. This storage type usually doesn’t collect information that identifies a visitor.
    • Do Not Sell or Share My Personal information. By switching the toggle to the right and clicking save, you are indicating that you do not want us to sell your personal information or share/disclose your personal information for online targeted advertising activities.

Please note if you use different computers or browsers, you must indicate your choices again on each computer/browser used to access our services.

    Why We Use Tracking Tools

We use tracking tools for many reasons, including to engage in targeted advertising. Targeted advertising or “online behavioral advertising” is serving advertising content to you based on information gathered from you over time across multiple sites or other platforms. We partner with platforms such as Google, Meta, and similar digital advertising partners to serve advertising content to you. It includes serving ads to you after you leave our Site, encouraging you to return. It also includes serving ads we think are relevant based on your browsing habits or online activities. These ads might be served on the Site. They might also be served in emails. We might serve these ads, or third parties may serve ads about our products. They might be about our products or other companies’ products. We may also target ads using personal information we have collected when you create an account on the Site.

    We may also use cookies:

    • To recognize new or past website visitors.
    • To improve our website and to better understand your visits on our platforms.
    • To integrate with third party social media platforms, apps, and websites.
    • To observe your behaviors and browsing activities over time on our Site, across multiple websites, or other platforms.
    • To better understand the interests of our customers and our website visitors.

How We Gather Information For Targeted Advertising

We use information you make available to us when you interact with us, our affiliates, and other third parties to decide what content is relevant to you. We gather this information using the cookies described above. For example, we or our partners might look at your purchases or browsing behaviors. We or our partners such as Google or Meta, might also look at your location. We might look at these activities on our platforms or the platforms of others.

We work with third parties, such as Google or Meta, and other digital advertising partners who help gather this information. These third parties might link your name or email address to other information they collect. That might include past purchases made offline or online. Or, it might include online usage information.

How To Control Certain Tracking Tools

You may change your Cookie preferences at any time to prevent the further collection of your information through the Personalization, Analytics, or Targeted Advertising Cookies on the Site. • Cookie settings on the Site. Use the Cookie Preference link at the bottom of the Site to turn on or off the different categories of Cookies. Your selection will be remembered on the specific device or browser you are using until you clear Cookies. • Browser settings. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser settings to prevent cookies. How you can do this will depend on the browser you use (see your browser help screen for details). You may not be able to take full advantage of our Site if you disable certain Cookies. The effect of disabling Cookies depends on which Cookies you disable but in general, the Site may not operate properly if all Cookies are switched off. Depending on your jurisdiction, we may separately prompt you regarding our use of Cookies on the Site.

    How To Control Targeted Advertising

Targeted advertising preferences. You may opt-out of us using your personal information for targeted advertising by changing your Cookie Preferences. Use the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of our Site and toggle the "Targeted Advertising" button to the left so that it is turned off. You can also go to the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the Cookie Preferences center and toggle that button to the right to opt-out of all Targeted Advertising cookies and any other selling or sharing of your personal information with third parties.

If you are using a web browser with Global Privacy Control enabled, we will recognize that signal as a request to opt-out of Targeted Advertising Cookies, just as if you had turned off Targeted Advertising Cookies in the Cookie Preferences center.
